Same Day IT Support

Welcome to our IT service pricing page! We offer a range of pricing options to meet the needs of businesses with different budgets and requirements. Prices listed below is for standard Perth Metro locations. Please contact us if you live outside the Perth Metro area and we will let you know when we will be in your area next or if it can not wait, we can work out a special deal.

Hourly Support

Our hourly support rate is $100 per hour, with a one-hour minimum charge. This option is ideal for people or businesses that need occasional support or have specific, one-time issues or projects. After initial charge, service is charged by 15 min blocks.

Managed IT Support Packages

For businesses that require ongoing IT support, we offer managed IT support packages starting at $500 per month. These packages include a set number of hours of support per month, as well as proactive monitoring and maintenance to prevent problems from occurring in the first place. Our managed IT support packages are scalable, so you can choose the level of support that best fits your needs and budget.

Project-Based Pricing

In addition to our hourly and managed IT support options, we also offer project-based pricing for specific, one-time projects such as network design and implementation, data backup and recovery, and cyber security and compliance.
